Understanding Our Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy outlines the steps customers need to take if they are not satisfied with their purchase. We believe that customer satisfaction is crucial. Therefore, if you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, you can request a full refund within 30 days. However, the item must be in its original condition and packaging to ensure a smooth refund process.
 
We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. That's why we've developed a comprehensive refund policy to ensure that our customers have a positive shopping experience. Our goal is to make the return and refund process as smooth and hassle - free as possible.

General Refund Policy
  • Return Period : We have a 30 - day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Eligibility for Return :
    • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn or unused.
    • It should have its original tags and packaging.
    • You are required to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return Process :
    • To start a return, please contact us at zeeyoungoptic@gmail.com. In your email, clearly state your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
    • Once we receive your request, we will review it and provide you with a return authorization number. This number is required for all returns.
    • Returns should be sent to the following address: Room 704, 7/F, Block A, New Mandarin Plaza, 14 Science Museum Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. Please make sure to include the return authorization number in the package.
    • We will send you a prepaid return shipping label. Please follow the instructions on the label to package and ship your item(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and obtaining a return authorization number will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
  • We take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
  • Upon receiving your notification, we will conduct a thorough investigation. We may request photos or videos of the damaged or defective item to assess the situation.
  • If the issue is confirmed, we will either replace the item or provide a full refund, depending on your preference and the availability of the product.
Exceptions and Non - Returnable Items
  • Due to the nature of certain products, some items are not eligible for returns. These include:
    • Custom - made products. These are items that are specifically made to your order specifications and cannot be resold to other customers.
  • Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards are non - refundable.
Exchanges
  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you can do so by returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired item.
  • Once your return is accepted and processed, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures that you get the item you want as quickly as possible.
European Union 30 - day Cooling - off Period
  • If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days of delivery, for any reason and without a justification.
  • The same conditions for returns apply as mentioned above. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with tags and original packaging, and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at zeeyoungoptic@gmail.com within the 14 - day period. We will then provide you with the necessary instructions for returning the item.
Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your refund is approved, we will automatically refund the amount to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received the refund, please contact us at zeeyoungoptic@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue and provide you with an update.
