Longsightedness is a natural and irreversible change in eyesight that can affect anyone, men and women alike, from the age of 40.
Because the crystalline lens, the eye’s natural lens, loses its elasticity, it becomes more difficult to focus.
Longsighted people have blurred vision close up (less than 60 centimeters), which is particularly difficult for reading – unless you have glasses that correct your sight properly.

Especially designed to correct longsightedness, our ultra-light, anti-scratch magnifying lenses give you clear vision for reading.
Note that you will need to remove your glasses to see distant objects.
You can use a neck cord to keep them close at hand at all times.
We offer lenses with the following diopters: +1, +1.5, +2, +2.5 and +3.
The correction is the same for both lenses.
We do not go beyond +3 for practical and aesthetic reasons, and also because these high corrections require customized support.

Please note that IZIPIZI is not an optician.
We do not offer correction for other sight problems (hypermetropia, astigmatism or shortsightedness).
All our models are ready to use: we do not offer made-to-measure correction.
It is important to choose the right correction to avoid damaging your eyes prematurely.
It is also essential not to over-correct your sight.
If you need a +1.75 diopter (which we do not offer), we recommend that you opt for +1.5, not +2.
Bear in mind that longsightedness changes with age and that you will need to alter your correction over the years.

Similarly, READING SCREEN glasses have a dual purpose: to correct longsightedness and to protect your eyes from the blue light emitted by screens.
If you're longsighted and spend a lot of time on the computer, this is the pair for you.

It is recommended to wear glasses that filter the second blue light we are talking about. With this in mind, we have developed the SCREEN range of glasses to wear in front of your screens.

Thanks to a special coating, their lenses filter out 40% of violet-blue light, while allowing turquoise-blue light to pass through. This reduces eye fatigue, dry eyes and headaches.

The slightly yellow tint of the lenses is explained by the complementary nature of blue and yellow. This color filters out harmful rays.

In general, all orders placed before noon on a working day are dispatched the same day, except in cases of force majeure. Otherwise, they will be shipped the following day, if this is a working day. Orders placed on Friday afternoon will be dispatched the following Monday.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to make a return. The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and with all the elements received: glasses, box, and case.

Please note that return shipping costs are at your expense. ZEEYONG already covers part or even the entirety of delivery costs.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer return shipping as well.

When you buy online, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you receive your order.
This period may be extended in exceptional circumstances, for example during the Christmas period.
The refund will be made via the same payment method used to order and purchase the item.

ZEE YOUNG already covers some or all of the delivery costs. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of returns.
Please note, however, that by using our platform to make your return, you benefit from negotiated rates that are more competitive than those charged directly by the various carriers (excluding France and the United States).

All items sold by ZEE YOUNG come with a guarantee.
If, within two years of purchase, an ZEE YOUNG product suffers damage that is not the result of improper use, ZEE YOUNG will replace it or refund the purchase price.
Please note that if the pair has been handled by a third party, it will lose its guarantee. For exact terms and conditions, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions.

If you wish to benefit from the guarantee, you will need to provide proof of purchase (order reference for a purchase from the IZIPIZI website; receipt for a purchase in a store), take photos of the damaged part and contact our Happy Customer Service by sending an email to: zeeyoungoptic@gmail.com.

In principle, the legal guarantee is the responsibility of the retailer, not the manufacturer or supplier of the product.

The retailer is therefore bound to provide after-sales service. This is who you should deal with first.
If your product is still under guarantee and meets the conditions for coverage, the retailer from whom you purchased it will offer you an exchange or refund. The retailer will then be compensated by ZEE YOUNG .

If the retailer refuses to take charge of your item, contact our Happy Customer Service who will do their best to find a solution.
